The text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other material on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Product names and brand marks, including LEER, SnugTop, A.R.E., Extang, BAK, and others, belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply endorsement of us by them except where stated.

You may view and print individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish site content without our written permission.

If you send us content — for example photos of your vehicle or a review — you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

We work to keep product information, images, fitment details, and availability accurate, but errors and omissions can occur. Fitment depends on your exact vehicle year, make, model, bed length, and cab configuration — please confirm it with us before you order.

A quote request, an estimate, or information on this site is not a contract, a reservation, or a guarantee of availability. A sale is complete only when we accept your order. We may correct errors, and may cancel or refuse an order affected by one, with a refund of anything you paid for it.

Orders are placed through our checkout, which is provided by Shopify. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms are shown at checkout before you confirm, and the checkout provider’s terms also apply to your transaction.

We ship parts to addresses across the United States. Details on shipping and returns are on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Installation is performed only at our shop in San Diego, California, and is not available everywhere we ship. Installation labor is quoted and arranged separately from the part; it is not sold or paid for through the website. Please contact us to book an installation and to confirm its cost and timing.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty that comes with a product from its manufacturer, or any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

You agree not to misuse the site — including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or abusive information, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or end your access, without notice, if you violate these terms or use the site inappropriately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
